In Masuria, you will find great fun, many attractions, delicious food, but also time for relaxation and tranquility, which will be the perfect introduction to another successful year. And all of this in the beautiful surroundings of our hotel, which is located in the nature reserve 'Beaver Refuge on the Pasłęka River,' right on the picturesque shores of Lake Isąg. It's a great place for walks, providing peace and quiet at any time of the year.

New Year's Eve at Masuria Hotel & SPA is an ideal proposal for those who are looking for a break from the city hustle, but also want to have a good time. This year, the theme of our meeting will be a trip to various corners of the world, which will be guided by, among others, the Chef of the Natura restaurant. Guests will be treated daily to specialties from European, American, and Asian cuisine. It will be a perfect opportunity to try dishes you may not have known about. On New Year's Eve, the DJ will lead you to dance to the biggest hits from around the world! A mix of songs from the best performers and great, new, but also old hits will be the perfect setting for this moment awaited by everyone – welcoming the New Year, 2025! And of course, everything will be with a shared toast at midnight! We have also prepared contests and games with prizes and we invite you to participate.

During their stay, our Guests can use the wellness area without limits, which includes a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and saunas. There will also be an opportunity to integrate at a winter bonfire with sausage roasting. On New Year's Day, we will invite you to an extended breakfast with a special menu, so you can welcome the coming 2025 with taste! Of course, we also invite you to use other attractions – here you will find: a bowling alley, billiards, ping-pong, a playroom for the youngest, a library with a reading area, as well as Mazurian SPA offering many interesting massages and treatments (of course with a New Year's discount of 10%). If you like to use the sauna and beautiful views additionally enhance this form of relaxation, an unforgettable experience will be a session in our Finnish sauna right by Lake Isąg. Children policy

Children under 12 stay free of charge (if sleeping on the existing beds). Children above 12 stay at a full price. ATTENTION!!! We kindly inform you that in accordance with the amendment to the Family and Guardianship Code, additional provisions aimed at protecting minors who have become victims of violence came into force on February 15, 2024 (so-called "Lex Kamilek" Act). Under this Act, representatives of, among others, the hotel industry have been obliged to identify the relationship between an adult guest and a child, i.e., to establish whether the adult is the parent/legal guardian of the minor with whom they have arrived and whether the child is not in danger in the given situation. THEREFORE, AN IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOU: If the child covered by the reservation arrives at the hotel/premises and is checked in by a person who is not their parent or legal guardian, it will be the duty of the reception staff to require this person to present a PARENTS'/LEGAL GUARDIAN'S CONSENT STATEMENT REGARDING THE CHILD'S STAY UNDER THE CARE OF THAT PERSON (a template of the document is available online or upon request our reception can provide it to you). The aforementioned situation applies not only to unrelated persons with the child but also, among others, to the child's grandparents or uncles who are not their legal guardians at that time. We kindly ask for your understanding towards our staff who, in accordance with the above-mentioned amendment, have been obliged (under the threat of a fine) to undertake such actions.

Cancellation conditions

30% advance online payment is required to make a booking. In the case of cancellation of a guaranteed booking or a no-show of a Guest at the Hotel, the Hotel shall charge the Guest with the amount equal to the advance payment, the amount of which is set at a minimum of 50% of the value of the ordered services.
