Location in an area so unique in terms of natural wealth, obliges us to take special care of the environment. Consequently, the nature and its gifts are the most valued and the strongest attributes of Masuria Hotel & SPA. Manifestations of slow life philosophy noticeable in every corner of the hotel are what we would like to share with its guests.
In Natura Restaurant, we serve no highly processed products containing preservatives and artificial colors. Instead, we serve vegetables, fruit, and herbs from the hotel plant beds, where culinary workshops and educational activities for children and adults are held. Guests will also find fresh fish and meat prepared in own smokehouse.
The seasonal menu is dominated by dishes from seasonal products, prepared according to traditional, regional recipes and selected ingredients obtained from the local producers.
You can taste exceptional flavors of herbal teas and infusions Masurian Teahouse adjacent to the restaurant, whereas the Masurian Pantry offers home-made preserves from the local gifts of nature.
